We invite every single car sales professional in the country to join our site for free. They get to share a bit about themselves so you, the customer, feel more comfortable with the person who wants you to spend $10, 20 or $30,000 dollars on a vehicle. Then after someone buys or leases a vehicle from the dealership they visit Carfolks and report on how the dealership and their people performed. You and other shoppers can then compare sales people in your market based on how they treat their customers.

Then our tech folks have this super-secret formula which pushes that information out all over the Internet and lets auto shoppers know the identity of those good guys. And naturally these same shoppers will see who isn't taking very good care of their customers too. We want you to reward the good guys and make the poor performers change their ways, and start offering a better customer buying experience.
