Welcome to the Carfolks Neighborhood

Over the last few decades incredible changes in vehicles and technology have transformed the auto retail business. We may use the Internet to do our research, but customers still end up buying a car from a salesperson at a dealership. Relationships are often a critical part of the sales process.

Buying a vehicle is a big purchase so it's important to make decisions very carefully. Finding the right sales person and the right dealership can turn an anxious event into a smooth, friction free transaction.

Carfolks wants to help you find that right dealer and the right sales person too. We provide dealership location mapping and search capability. Then we show you comments that have been posted by cusCarfolks.com Neighborhood tomers of those dealerships and how they match up against nearby stores.

We give you a quick way to identify a dealer's performance based on a simple five star review process. The star ranking is a snapshot of how customers felt about the performance of a dealership and their staff. These rankings are posted in real time and can change daily as a dealership improves or declines in the level of service reported by their customers.

Any consumer doing business with a dealer can visit our site and comment and review any dealership. If you don't find the dealer in our system just send us a note and we will add them to our directory and notify you so you can post your comments.

We ask all our neighbors visiting the site to keep us posted about comments or reviews that might not be appropriate, fraudulent or have other issues we should know about, which might impact the integrity of our website. Again, you must be a customer of the dealership to complete a review. We want to keep our neighborhood strong, so we adhere to the Cowboy Code, and expect folks in our neighborhood to do the same.

As we grow there are bound to be items you might like to see implemented on the website and we ask you to again to share your suggestions with us and your neighbors. We want to continue improving your experience on the Carfolks Neighborhood and can only do that with your assistance.
